Always get a police report. Even if it's the next day, the police cannot refuse your request. Later, if not done, the insurance company for the at fault driver will deny it all (in our opinion)

We are always happy to look over a document like a Georgia Release for property damage payments. Sometimes they have language that impacts any claim later
